Vicky comes to The Yoga and Movement Clinic with over 12 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She is very excited to be offering clients a long term, holistic approach to good health and wellbeing.
Vicky worked as a Chartered Sports Physiotherapist for 12 years before training in Yoga, Pilates, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga and Health Coaching. She has worked with a range of clients including professional athletes, pregnant and postnatal women, injured Servicemen and rehabilitation of the elderly. No matter what your physical background or what you want to achieve, you can be assured you’re in safe and experienced hands.
Vicky is a mover herself. She loves being active whether it’s competing in triathlons, practicing yoga, skiing, golf, tennis or dancing and playing with her three children. Vicky is fascinated by human movement, performance and wellbeing and how they are so deeply connected to the way we think and feel. Like most people, Vicky has dealt with challenging times in her life but she credits yoga, mindfulness and sport for keeping her calm, happy and grounded (most of the time!). She firmly believes that yoga and movement lead to improvements in her triathlon performance and the calm birth of her third child.
Vicky loves helping clients connect to their bodies and minds and use that awareness to become stronger, calmer, more efficient and resilient people.
Vicky is very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, she wants to understand you. She passionately wants to help you understand your own body, mind and movement and will always be happy to discuss any questions or queries.
